DELIVERY OF ORDERS

In the event that BOGAS is unable to deliver to the buyer the goods ordered and paid in advance, for objective reasons that do not depend on the company, the buyer will be fully refunded the amount paid. In such a case, the fully paid amount refers to the actual expenses incurred by the customer.

Delivery time

The standard period for delivery is 1-5 days. The buyer must accept a possible extension of the delivery period due to delays caused by the manufacturer or unforeseen events that do not depend on BOGAS, in accordance with Ordinance no. 21/1992, on Consumer Protection, as amended.

I make an exception from the standard delivery period for ordered gift coupons, which will be delivered by instant e-mail, following the completion of the order confirmation process.
The delivered goods will be accompanied by the invoice, which serves as a financial document, but also as a guarantee document, unless otherwise stated. The customer's use of a gift coupon for the purchase of goods will be properly reflected in the invoice.

The buyer is asked for the delivery address when completing the order.

If the desired goods are not available or during this time there are problems regarding the delivery, BOGAS representatives will inform the customers without delay using the existing contact details.
If the goods are not received by the customer in the time set for delivery, and he has not been contacted by BOGAS, the customer can call 021 642 7788 or contact BOGAS by e-mail at contact@bogas.ro.

Transport, packaging and payment terms

Purchased goods are sent properly packaged, and payment is made according to the method chosen by the buyer. For each order, the shipping fee is indicated separately. It should be noted that the shipping fee is borne by the buyer.

BOGAS retains ownership of the goods until the full price of the goods is paid.
Any other costs related to transport that occur between the carrier and the customer after the goods have been delivered by BOGAS will be paid by the buyer.

If the customer chooses online payment, the transaction will be processed through PayU. BOGAS does not request or store any information related to the buyer's bank card or cards. This information is strictly confidential and is processed directly on the servers of the online payment service provider.

Also, in the case of online payments, BOGAS is not/cannot be held responsible for any other additional cost borne by the customer, including but not limited to currency conversion fees applied by the bank issuing his card, in the event that the currency of issue is other than RON. The customer is responsible for this.

Methods of delivery

Delivery is made by GLS courier. Buyers are allowed to pick up goods from BOGAS offices.

Delivery fee
We deliver to several countries and the transport fee differs depending on the country of destination. The value of the delivery fee is currently 25 Lei anywhere in Romania. In EU member countries, the delivery fee is 15 Euros. For countries that are not EU members, the delivery fee will be calculated in the shopping cart.

Free delivery for certain products
Don't miss our regular free shipping promotions! Look for products labeled "Free Shipping" in the product list and you will no longer pay the shipping fee. We regularly prepare various promotions with free delivery on certain product categories - you just need to reach a set limit and you won't have to worry about shipping costs anymore.

Free shipping on purchases over a certain amount
Romania: For orders over 1000 lei, we will deliver your order for free by courier directly to your door.

Bulgaria: For orders with values ​​over 200 Euro we will deliver your order for free via courier directly to your door.

Hungary: For orders over 300 Euros we will deliver your order for free by courier directly to your door.

EU: For orders over 500 Euros we will deliver your order free of charge directly to your door by courier.

UK, Switzerland: For orders over 500 Euros we will deliver your order free of charge directly to your door by courier.

Parcel exchange

The cost of exchanging parcels due to the customer's fault is 25 lei.
