"Buy One Get One Free" Campaign Conditions

Art.  1: Campaign organizer

Art.1.1 The campaign "Buy one & Get one free" is organized by SC Bogas Shop SA based in Bucharest, Sector 2, Str. Bicycle no. 82, floor. 2, registered at the Brasov Trade Registry Office under no. J40/2145/2015, unique registration code RO34142212, hereinafter referred to as "Bogas" or "Organizer".

Art.1.2 The decision to run the promotional campaign according to the rules of this regulation is final and binding for the participants. The official regulation is drawn up and made public according to the applicable Romanian legislation.

Art. 1.3. The organizer reserves the right to modify any of the conditions established in these regulations during the campaign, for valid reasons, but not before announcing these changes to the public by publishing them on the bogas.ro and bogas.com websites, hereinafter referred to as "Bogas Websites" ".

 

Art. 2: Name, duration, place of performance.

Art. 2.1. The promotional campaign is called "Buy one & Get one free Campaign".

Art. 2.2. The promotional campaign takes place between 09.26.2024 and 09.30.2024.

 

Art. 3: Products participating in the campaign

Art. 3.1. The object of the campaign is represented by the products marketed by Bogas presented in the Bogas Websites.

Art. 3.2. As part of the "Buy one & Get one free campaign, when buying a product at full price, the customer will receive for free, of their choice, a product whose price must be less than or equal to the price of the purchased product.

Art. 3.3. The promotion is granted to all the products under promotion depending on the availability of the stock according to the company's marketing strategy.

Art. 3.4. The products offered free of charge in this campaign are not cumulative with other ongoing campaigns on the Bogas Websites.

Art. 3.5. The benefits of this campaign cannot be combined with the benefits of other campaigns and/or the benefits of the loyalty card and/or the welcome benefits and/or the benefits of subscribing to the newsletter and/or the benefits granted to a new customer.

 

Art. 4: The right and conditions of participation

Art. 4.1. This campaign benefits any natural and/or legal person who purchases one or more products that are the subject of this promotion during the mentioned period.

 

Art. 5: Method of identification and purchase.

Art. 5.1. A natural or legal person can purchase several products that are the subject of this promotion, if the products meet the conditions stipulated in this regulation.

 

Art. 6: Limitation of liability.

Art. 6.1. The organizer reserves the right to check and monitor the way the campaign is carried out.

Art. 6.2. The organizer reserves the right to definitively exclude any campaign participant whose fraudulent behavior affects the smooth running of the campaign.

 

Art. 7: Litigation.

Art. 7.1. Any misunderstandings between the organizer and the participants of the Promotional Campaign will be resolved amicably, or if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled in the competent courts belonging to the registered office of the organizer.

 

Art. 8: Interruption of the promotional campaign.

Art. 8.1. The organizer reserves the right to interrupt the Promotional Campaign or to modify the regulations of this promotion, with the prior information of the customers on the Bogas websites and it cannot be retroactive.

 

Art. 9: Regulation of the promotional campaign.

Art. 9.1. The rules of the promotional campaign are displayed and available free of charge on the Bogas websites throughout the duration of the promotional campaign.

Art. 9.2. Any request regarding the " Buy one & Get one free " promotional campaign can be sent to contact@bogas.ro .

 

Art. 10: Return and/or exchange of products.

Art. 10.1. In the framework of the "Buy one & Get one free campaign, if the customer wants to return one or more products, this procedure can only be carried out if both products (both purchased and free) will be returned together in the same condition in which they were delivered.

Art. 10.2. In the framework of the "Buy one & Get one free campaign, if the customer wants to change one or more products, this procedure can be performed for any product from the order but only for the size change. Exchange of a product for another product is not allowed.

Art. 10.3. All other conditions for returning or exchanging a product remain valid according to the Terms and Conditions.
